Building standards guidance, documentation and local authority contacts across Scotland were fragmented — hard for homeowners, builders and trades to use on the move.
Approach
After defining the target customer and auditing existing technologies, we scoped a clear AI-powered product: document ingestion, search and guidance, and local authority contact integration. Delivered as a native iOS and Android app for the Scottish Building Standards Hub.
